Raku is a technique of extremes—of intense heat and sudden cooling. It is this element of unpredictability that draws me in, ensuring that each vessel or tile carries its own unique story. Through my studio work and firing courses, I aim to reconnect people with the elemental nature of clay, sharing the joy of creation that is as much about the process as it is the final, one-of-a-kind result.
